Submitted an application for support towards the development of the technology to CLIMIT. The CLIMIT Programme is established by the Norwegian Government to support the development of technology for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) applied to gas power and fossil fuel-based power generation as well as industrial point source emission of CO2. The programme is managed by the Norwegian state enterprise Gassnova SF in cooperation with the Research Council of Norway.

Winter 2011/12

Following submission of the final application and some clarifications with Gassnova SF an industrial research grant was allocated from the CLIMIT programme to Environgas led consortium for a total of up to 6,6 MNOK towards a project with a total budget of 18,8 MNOK.

Summer / Autumn 2011

Environgas AS together with Tritec AS at Bryne Norway and Büscherhoff Spezialverpackung GmbH &Co KG in Steinfeld Germany established a consortium for the development of the Environgas Rapid Purge Technology.
